The Mille Lacs Lake Watershed Management Group helps area landowners manage their property in ways that support the water quality of Mille Lacs Lake and its surrounding area.
Formed in 1997, we connect interested citizens with local and state agency experts and resources, provide educational materials, and inspire simple actions that can have a positive impact on our area’s land and waters.

Clean Water Partnership Grant
2014-2018
The Mille Lacs Lake Watershed Management Group completed a Clean Water Partnership Grant, received from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency in June of 2018. This grant supported storm water control best management practices; education and outreach activities; and water quality monitoring.
